How this list is built
A firm qualifies to be listed when three things are true: the install is live and reachable on the open web, the firm builds custom homes (or the closest equivalent for their trade), and the case study text has been reviewed by someone at the firm before it lands. If any of the three is missing, the case stays in draft where the observable facts still show, but the marketing chrome does not.
Outcomes are tracked in two tiers. Observable numbers , install date, service area count, tools replaced by one login, sections built, go live immediately because a visitor can confirm every one from the firm’s own website. Measured outcomes, lead volume changes, ranking movement, hours saved per week, are held back until the firm has signed off on the exact wording. That is why some cards on a case study read TBD: not because the number is unknown, but because the number has not been reviewed.
A case study lists here after the firm has been live for at least 90 days and has signed off on the observable facts. We add a new install every few months, not every week, the list is short by design.
