Every case here is a real East Tennessee install with a live public site link. We publish observable facts first — the firm’s website, what Yglu built, the region they cover — and add measured outcomes as the data lands, so nothing on this page is a claim without a source behind it.

A firm qualifies to be listed when three things are true: the install is live and reachable on the open web, the firm operates in East Tennessee (Knox, Blount, Loudon, Sevier, and the surrounding counties), and the case study text has been reviewed by someone at the firm before it lands. If any of the three is missing, the case stays in draft where the observable facts still show, but the marketing chrome does not.

Outcomes are tracked in two tiers.
