What are you paying today?
Enter what your current tools cost per month. See what the same year looks like on the Yglu bundle. No account, nothing sent, just numbers.
Rough monthly numbers are fine. The math is one line.
What a builder rents today, priced honestly.
The pieces of a running firm live in four or five separate places today, each with its own bill and its own login. The ranges below are the public published prices from the category, not vendor specific quotes.
- The pieceVendorAgency retainerWhat it runs$800 to $3,000 per monthThe catch
Ongoing, on a vendor's platform, not yours.
- The pieceVendorBuildertrend, JobTread, or similarWhat it runs$300 to $800 per month, plus per seatThe catch
Seats add up as the field team grows.
- The pieceVendorA separate CRM seatWhat it runs$50 to $150 per seat, per monthThe catch
Yet another login, yet another place a name is retyped.
- The pieceVendorAngi, Houzz Pro leads, or similarWhat it runs$30 to $100 per lead, shared with your competitorsThe catch
Rented leads, competing with the other bidders on the same job.
- The pieceVendorA separate agency for Google and MetaWhat it runs$1,000 to $3,000 per month, plus a cut of ad spendThe catch
Campaigns you cannot see, results you cannot tie to a job.
Add the pieces up and a working firm is easily paying more than the Yglu bundle across the vendors above, before counting the time spent retyping between them.
What each price does, and does not, include.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The install is included with any module you take. It is about eight hours of live sessions on site, and the plan starts when the platform is running.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Add supers, project managers, office staff, and homeowners without touching the price.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Month to month. You stay because it keeps getting better, not because you are stuck in a contract.
What happens if I leave?
The site, the platform, and the data live on your own accounts. You keep them. Yglu walks away, your business keeps running.
Do you take a cut of my leads or my revenue?
No. Your leads are yours. Your revenue is yours. The per-module price is the whole relationship for that module.
Do you run ad campaigns?
On request. Ad campaign management is not part of the standard lineup, and when we take it on it is priced as a function of your monthly ad spend. The number is named on the discovery visit once we see the market and the goal, no percentage cut hidden in the ad budget itself.
How is Accounting priced?
Accounting is quoted. The number depends on how your books, budgets, and draws run today, so it is named on the discovery visit once we see them. Accounting replaces QuickBooks as your books of record.
Is there enterprise pricing?
Yes. Firms running more than one division, market, or crew can ask for enterprise pricing, set around the modules and scale you actually run. The published module prices stay available to everyone.
Can I start with just one module?
Yes. Take one, take two, or take all five. Every install begins with a discovery visit and you decide what to stand up first.
What if the platform needs to change to fit our firm?
That is what the install is for. The system is fitted to your workflow in the live sessions, and continuous improvement is part of each module's plan.
Start with a visit, not a contract.
Apply for an install. The discovery visit is free, on site, with no obligation and no lock in after.
