    On site, in person. Yglu learns your model, your preferences, and the principles you run a job by, so the system makes the decisions you would make. This is a real conversation, not a form.

    Yglu stands up the core in one place you own, your website, leads, projects, schedules, selections, allowances, and draws, in the builder app and homeowner portal. Then you and Joseph sit side by side at one screen and it changes as you point. You request changes in real time, around 8 hours of live sessions in total, until it fits how your firm works.

    Office and field run on one system. It runs alongside the tools you use today, so your team tests it in real conditions and you refine what works. No rip and replace, no hard cutover. You go at the pace that feels safe, and you decide when it is ready.
