What we collect. When you apply for an install, we collect what you enter on the form: your name, your firm, your phone, your segment, an optional email, an optional referrer, and an optional note about your current setup. If you contact us by email, we keep that message.

How we use it. Only to contact you about an install. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it.

Where it goes. Applications are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, our form provider. We do not keep a public database of applicants.

Tracking. We do not run ad tracking. If that ever changes, this page will say so first.

This site is provided for information about Yglu and its process. Use it lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.

The terms of an actual engagement, including ownership, the monthly plan, and any minimum term, live in the signed client agreement, not on this site. Nothing on this site is a contract or an offer of one.

We may update this site and these terms as the business grows. The current version is the one published here.
