Why Yglu
Why we’re building this.
The rented stack
I’ve spent years watching builders pay for four tools that don’t talk to each other. A web agency owns the site. A project subscription owns the build. A CRM owns the pipeline. An accounting system owns the books. The same homeowner’s name gets typed into all four.
Every subscription renews at a higher price. Every vendor holds a piece of the business. When a builder wants to leave, the data doesn’t come with them. That’s not software. That’s rent.

What ownership means
Yglu is the platform I wish existed when I first watched a friend try to run a custom home firm from a spreadsheet, an inbox, and a phone number. It puts the whole business in one place. Your marketing site. Your leads. Your projects. Your books. One login, on your own accounts.
Not another subscription that owns your data. You own the site. You own the platform. You own the records. If Yglu goes away, your firm keeps running.
The install is a visit. On site, in person, about eight hours of live sessions. You sit next to us and shape the platform to how your firm already works. Not a year long software project. Not a form you fill out and hope somebody reads. A real conversation, then a working system by the end of the week.
The price is stated per module. Website $500, CRM $500, Construction $1,000 a month, or all three as a bundle for $2,000. Ad campaign management is available on request, priced on ad spend. No per seat cost. No setup fee. No minimum term. We keep improving every module because you keep paying us to. When we stop earning it, you stop paying.
We do not pour your concrete. We make the paperwork side of your business feel like the build side does when it’s going well. Organized. Transparent. On schedule.
Why the visit is on site
The first thing we do is come to you. Not a Zoom, not a demo, the office where the printouts live and the truck out back with mud on the tires. That’s where the real shape of a firm shows up, and it’s the only place the install can honestly begin.
Every builder gets the same visit, wherever they are. Where I can’t drive, I fly. The install itself is done live and side by side, and the first hours are the ones that decide whether we’re a fit.
What we will not do
These are the things every competitor in the category does that we do not. Each one is a place someone else makes money we don’t. We’ve written them down so you can hold us to them, and so we cannot quietly change our minds as we grow.
Add supers, project managers, office staff, and homeowners without touching the price. The category norm is $10-$150 per seat, per month; ours is zero.
The install is included in the module you take. The category norm is $500-$5,000 up front; ours is zero.
Month to month. If we stop being worth it, you leave without a cancellation call. The category norm is annual up front, often multi-year.
The site, the platform, and the records live on your own accounts. Walk away and it keeps running. The category norm is the vendor owns the database.
This site runs zero third-party analytics and zero ad pixels. What we know about you is what you tell us on the application. Named on /legal.
The bundle price is on the front page and in the SERP title. Accounting and Enterprise are quoted on the discovery visit, and we say so up front. The category norm is a gated quote form.
Here’s the line. If you like paying four vendors, keep doing it. If your website is fine and your leads live in a notebook and you retype the same name into three tools every week, you don’t need us.
But if you want the whole business in one login, and you want to own it, we should talk.
Apply for a discovery visit. It’s free. It’s on site. There’s no obligation and no sales pitch. If we’re not a fit, I’ll tell you before I leave.
